Thalgara Estate was established in 1983 and specialises in small quantities of premium wines. We have some of the oldest vines in the valley with all our fruit hand picked to maintain quality.

Our shiraz is made in traditional hand plunged open fermenters and matured for up to two years in oak and our chardonnay ranges from show reserve with partial barrel fermentation to a fresh unwooded style. We have achieved some 90 medals and 15 trophies since we began and we are proud of our wines and we look forward to sharing them with you when you visit us at the cellar door, download the order form and send it by fax or just give us a call.
